My mantra of late evolving… “Be soft, Tread lightly”.

+

A prayer for the unfolding light:

Great spirit and all unseen,
help me to always seek visions of world beauty,
to excavate the darkness with a wide open heart
and unfold out into the light with ease and grace.

We are seasons.

Lightly & Gently

Tending to the spaces {in-between} each breath…
{Tread lightly and gently} has become my new Mantra.

“It’s dark because you are trying too hard. Lightly child, lightly. Learn to do everything lightly. Yes, feel lightly even though you’re feeling deeply. So throw away your baggage and go forward. There are quicksands all about you, sucking at your feet, trying to suck you down into fear and self-pity and despair. That’s why you must walk so lightly. Lightly my darling…” ~ Aldous Huxley

“Each living thing’s sacred space lives in between the in breath and the out breath. We cannot always see its outer boundaries, but the center of its home is nestled in the space between two heartbeats.” ~ Jamie Sams

And we are never more than a breath away from home. {Paper Prayers – Five}
