I’m so excited to be a part of Kelly Sunrose Yoga‘s mid-winter At-Home Retreat with this incredible gathering of women. Together, we’ll be holding space for Clarity through Ayurveda, creativity, mantra, nourishment, ritual, yoga, meditation and deep relaxation. The result is complete restoration!

I’m looking forward to sharing my thoughts on how I find clarity and some rituals that always bring me back to my center.

Join us for this FREE At-Home Retreat beginning February 28. Sign up here.

“Don’t be afraid to be confused. Try to remain permanently confused. Anything is possible. Stay open, forever, so open it hurts, and then open up some more, until the day you die, world without end, amen.” ~ George Saunder
