Early Morning Reflections

Early morning reflections. Day 90 - 365 Project

Early morning reflections. Day 90 – 365 Project

With the change in season, that shift of energy from winter hibernation to the freedom of spring, I sat in meditation reflecting on gratitude and the abundance in my life.

“My heart’s gratitude is my life’s plenitude.” ~ Sri Chinmoy

I sat with butterfly, the totem of transformation. Welcoming the emergence of spring and opening up to the new fresh energy of the season. Butterfly teaches us to let go of what is no longer applicable in our lives and welcome the next stage.

Leaving the Caterpillar Behind

Happy Vernal Equinox aka the first day of spring!!!

“How does one become a butterfly?” she asked.
“You must want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar.” ~ Trina Paulus

To me, this is such a great quote for that spring time energy of busting out from our winter cocoons. Bring it spring! ♥
