The Sweet Promise Of Renewal

After every Dark Season, there is always the return of the Light…

I’m sharing my New Moon – New Year Tarot reading over on my dear friend Kate Bartolotta’s website. She created an incredible offering to help open ourselves up to this time of possibility. I hope that in sharing this New Moon – New Year reading, that you can find some inspiration for the letting go of the no longer to be carried and the holding on of what really grips your heart.

May the sweet promise of renewal bring you healing, comfort and your heart’s desire.

The Art Of Slowness

ArtofSlowness

Creating a life full of meaning and being present to all the little things has always been important to me. Although the slower more deliberate road is not always an easy one to navigate, its rewards touch something beyond our own lives and connects us with something far beyond this world. I am so honored to be contributing to this experiment in slow, to offer up my own experience and invite us all to see the richness of slowing down.

ArtofSlow
From Where Is My Guru: “Our culture has overindulged in living the fast life. Fast Food. Fast money. Fast sex. Fast cars. Fast everything. The faster we get, the more we look for the easy way out. The more we use speed to define our lives – the farther away we get from creating a grounded sense of happiness, presence and peace – a place from which all aspects of our live can grow. Join me and Where is My Guru from December 1-22 in a holistic experiment in slowing down.”

Saying Yes

10428073_10152855866737457_4606824673355109422_n

I feel so honored to be inluded in this anthology of writings about YES.

What do I say yes to? I say yes to my own rhythm, embracing my own flow and unfolding. I have found that if I honor my own stride, then everything else seems to fall into place.

{Pace is Grace}

The Yes Book can be purchased over on Amazon.com.

Every Breath a Blessing

Sacred Smoke - Jenn Grosso

Divine Breath
{Poem by Jenn Grosso}

The wisp of Sacred Smoke
Calling me
To slow my world
Right down
And take a breath
And another
And yet another.

To remember this place
Dwelling inside
That never leaves me.

Breathing in
I am
Breathing out
I have already arrived.

Journey of the Heart

10563112_10152640952917457_7998859733261158442_n

I’m so excited to be finally holding this gem in my hands – and I couldn’t feel more humbled that some of my poetry is included within these pages with the voices of so many other amazing poetesses. This is the second time that my words have been published in a compilation and a third is on the horizon. I am so grateful for these awesome opportunities.

Get your copy of Journey of the Heart {An Anthology of Spiritual Poetry by Women} on Amazon here and check out the website that started it all – Women’s Spiritual Poetry.

Interested in my other published contribution, the Best of Rebelle Society Vol. 1 can also be found on Amazon here.

Words can truly be medicine for the heart and soul.
